Taking your first steps towards healthy living can be quite simple. You don't have to start as a pro lifter, buy the most expensive food, or do anything drastic.

All you have to do is add fruit and veggies with your steak and spending a few minutes a day doing some exercise.

Just by focusing on the list above, your mood, energy, and life will be improved.

How We Started Our Advocare Journey!

My Husband and I have been doing our fair share of looking for a direct selling business over the past few months. It has been a long, frustrating, and painful journey. We didn't want to pay an arm and a leg to be on our own. We looked high and low. No matter what we did, something either cost a ton of money, didn't come with a website, had a monthly hidden fee or people just bugged us enough that we RAN FOR OUR LIVES. Let me tell you, I wouldn't be happy to be my own boss if I had to jump through so many loops to get there.

NOT SAYING PEOPLE CAN'T PAY THAT KIND OF MONEY TO BECOME AN INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTOR. IF YOU LOVE IT, DO IT. 

FOR US, WE DON'T HAVE THE LUXURY JUST YET TO PUT OUT EXTRA CAPITAL.

Then, while posting on a social media site looking at what else was available, WE FOUND IT!

Advocare! We kept trying to find something wrong with it for months. NO KIDDING! Asking ourselves four main questions every time.

1)Q: Is there monthly maintenance fee's?

A: NO

2)Q: How much do you have to pay to sell the product?

A: $79 a year if you want to become an Advocare Distributor, get $50 worth of product samples and a Distributor Kit which will start you on your way to earn extra income.

3) Q: Does it come with a free website?

A: YES, you don't have to keep any inventory of product around either.

4) Q: Is it something we will enjoy selling?

A: Advocare is a Health and Wellness company displaying energy, weight-loss, nutrition, and sports performance products. Who doesn't want to live a healthier lifestyle? Am i even asking that question right now?
