When Portion Control Should Be Used

Food it's all around you!

When you go home to visit family for the Holidays, your mother cooks a giant meal for everyone.

Your home with your Husband and you have the house for yourselves tonight. You both head to the filled fridge with fresh groceries in it and find the perfect dinner, it's the dinner you have always wanted but knew the kids would eat it before you had a chance.

Your family went out to the best restaurant in town tonight, and each of your family members get their own plate. Each Plate catered to each desire.

Why Portion Control Is Important

Each individual has a certain amount of calories they should limit the intake of each day. These calories range from person to person depending on weight, height, male or female, and body build. If you want to know how many calories you should consume talk to your health care professional.

Portion Control helps limit the amount of calories that enter your body. The less you eat, the less calories enter your body, and the more you eat, the more calories enter your body.
Portion Control can help stop Calorie Overload. Too many calories may lead to weight-gain, sluggishness, and difference in moods.
