It's the summer!
Who doesn't want to have fun? Going swimming, hiking, playing tennis,
or even fishing, it's what we do best. The summer comes only once a
year and you have to soak up every minute of it.
While you're out
soaking up the rays, bringing a picnic that includes your delicious Advobar snack, and having tons of fun with your loved ones you

sudden you start to feel your mouth go dry, the need of thirst is
rising; after a few gulps of water, you start to feel sluggish and
